2016 Trifecta Cabernet Sauvignon

After an almost perfect growing season, and a steady mid summer, this harvest in late October was outstanding!  The 2016 vintage opens up immedialtey with fresh red berries, warm nutmeg and vanilla. The balance of this wine shows throughout the front and middle of the palate. Layers of raspberries and baking spices linger long after. The welcome finish is supple and long lasting,  having you wish for more.

Recommended decanting at 30+ minutes.
